2026/27 - Spring/Summer Staff Application

The SSWPA has a staff department that runs its day to day operations, which includes a lot of volunteer work. Our staff are put through rigorous training schedules and programs to build skills in their discipline, as well as general skills, such as communication and leadership.

We love to push the boundaries of what we do. From how we run our competition to how we interact with you, we're constantly evolving and staying on the ball. We want thinkers, people ready to change the norm and bring bright ideas to help shape our future.

All applicants will be notified of their outcome.

For longer answers, we recommend typing them up and saving them on your computer first (e.g. as a Word document) to prevent them being lost due to browser error.

If you are successful, we like to order staff uniforms as soon as possible (see Question 11).

Because we work hard to maintain a high standard in our competition, our staff are required to attend these compulsory sessions throughout the season.

Please be aware of these dates, and make a note of them on your calendar.
